Laura graduated from Saint Catherine's University with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She previously worked at an Autism day center, an adult mental health center, and coordinating a Sunday School program for children with special needs.  She has been working for the Saint Paul Public Schools as an itinerant Occupational Therapist since 2011, working primarily with students in Pre-K through 8^th grade. 

When not working, Laura enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as finding time to be alone and recharge. She loves to do crafts, read, and shop at consignment stores.

Laura lives just south of St. Paul with her husband, 2 children and her English Mastiff.  They love to explore the St. Paul area to see the rich variety in stores, restaurants, hiking trails, museums and attractions.  

Laura has enjoyed connecting with the staff, students and families at the multiple schools she services and looks forward to working with them to help her students learn and grow so they can change the world for the better.
