My name is JoElla Klubberud and I am a school psychologist in SPPS. I started my professional career as an Elementary Teacher and in Texas. Since 2003, I have been a school psychologist in multiple buildings. I have had the privilege of having both of my children graduate from St. Paul Public Schools. I enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
