Miss Terry Wylie

Dear Families, I'm Terry Wylie and I'll be teaching 4th grade this year. Though I have taught for several years, it will be my third year at Capitol Hill. My teaching philosophy is that every child is innocent and who they are is just as important as what they know. I place emphasis on getting to know the whole child, which helps me understand what motivates them to produce their best academically and socially.
