Capitol Hill Gifted and Talented Magnet School
Mrs. Nadine Bergstrom - Physical Education 1-6
Hello to all that read this,

I teach Elementary Physical Education (1-6).  I have been teaching here at Capitol Hill for 16 years. I have spent 14 years at the elementary level and two years at the Jr High Level.

Last year, I accepted the Athletic Director's position and I'm happy to report that I've enjoy the responsibilities. We have established an intramural cheerleading team, a concession stand for Jr. High Athletics, and acquired a trophy case, which is outside Gym B.

A little about me. I have been married for 15 years and have two children, 1 dog, and 1 cat. I retired from the  U.S. Army Reserve/National Guard after 21 years of service and 1 tour  (03-04) in Afghanistan.  I received my B.A. in Physical Education (K-12) from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN and my M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN.

I look forward to a very energetic and inspiring year for our children.

Our goals in P.E. are:
Challenge yourself, Condition your body, Have Fun, and Learn new things
