I am Mr. Weinberg. Let me tell you a little about myself. I have two grown children. My daughter lives in Queens, New york and my son lives in Annapolis , Maryland. I live in Inver Grove Heights with my wife, Debbie and our cat, Tuscon.
I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (grades 1-6) and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am also licensed to teach Spanish in grades 7-12. I studied Spanish at the University but I really learned how to speak the language when I lived in Costa Rica for almost four years while I was in the Peace Corps. In Costa Rica I taught Environmental Education in four rural schools. This is my twelfth year in Distrct #625. I taught Spanish for seven years at Harding High School and for one year, I was the Spanish Resource person at Highland Elementary School.
My goals for Spanish students are to assure that as many of them can go on to success in Spanish at the high school level.
