Conference schedule - Grades 7 and 8

October 13, 2005

Dear Parents/Guardians:

We will be conducting conferences for grades 7 and 8 in the gymnasium. The dates and times are listed below. We have indicated suggested times for parents to come so that we do not overload one time slot. We want to avoid parents waiting a long time in order to see their child’s teachers. We realize that you may have a younger child’s conference that does not coincide with the times suggested below, or some other commitment, and may have to come at a different time. The important thing is that you come to the conferences so that you have a chance to talk to your child’s teachers. The suggested schedule is based on your child’s last name. Please limit your time with each teacher to about 5 minutes so teachers have time to conference with all of their students’ parents. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at conference time.

You will be receiving a confirmation slip from your child’s teacher as to the date and time of your child’s conference. If you do not receive a confirmation slip by November 4, 2005, please contact your child’s teacher.
