The westward expansion role-playing game continues...
*Due to a back injury, I will not be in the classroom until Thursday, December 5th.
Monday: Students will complete the homework due on Tuesday, finish Sears catalog shopping, or read quietly if they are finished.
Tuesday: Students will watch the PBS documentary called "The Gold Rush."
Wednesday: Students will continue watching "The Gold Rush" and will be given a new homework assignment that is due the following Monday, December 10th.
Thursday & Friday: The game continues. Teams will see how well they shopped based on information we learn about homesteading and life in the west.
THE HOMEWORK for this Week!!!
Students will read Chapter 19, Section 1 from their red textbooks then complete the Guided Reading Questions.
