I have been teaching at Capitol Hill for 13 years.
During that time I have taught primarily 7th grade English. For a few
years I also had a section of 8th grade English or a study skills
class. In some of those years I taught summer school reading.
I attended Mankato State in the 1960's and received my teaching degree in
history and English. I came to St. Paul and started my teaching career
at Cleveland Junior High.
I enjoy reading and camping with my family during summer vacations.

February Goals 2008
Reading and discussing novels and studying grammar. Eventually the
students will be writing a literary response to any book that they have
read.
