My name is Ms. Schnepf. I earned a BA in psychology and linguistics at Macalester College and an MA in Archaeology from the University of Minnesota. I am currently working on a PhD in Educational Policy and Administration at the University. I am also a National Board Certified Teacher. I am looking forward to sharing my interests and experiences with the students at Capitol Hill.
