 | | Marti Starr, First Grade Teacher | | I am thrilled to be teaching first grade at Capitol Hill! I have also been a fifth grade teacher, as well as a Schoolwide Enrichment Model Specialist. I earned my Masters' Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Saint Thomas, where I have also participated in the Gifted Certificate Program. In addition to teaching, I enjoy bicycle riding and racing, playing tennis, cooking, attending dog school with my 2 year old schnauzer, and spending time with my family and friends.
