Dear Parents:

Many of you are familiar with the Parent Portal website that allows parents to access their child's progress reports online. I think it is a fantastic use of technology, and it helps students keep current with their assignments.

However, the information on the Portal is not necessarily always current.  I do my best to keep the information as up to date as possible, but it takes time to grade, record, and enter assignments into the system. Your patience is appreciated.  If you are concerned about assignments that may have been turned in but not entered yet,  I recommend that you and your children keep your own records of assignments.  Please contact me if you have any questions.

Current assignments will be listed on the portal without grades (blank) if they have not yet been graded.  If the portal is not current, please check the student's planner for a listing of assignments.  If that is not current, then please ask the student to copy down what is posted on the agenda board in my classroom.  If you still have questions, please email me.
