Please encourage your child to choose a book that she or he has never read. The book should be at an appropriate independent reading level, "just right" for your child, and children should read the book themselves rather than you reading the book to your child). Each child may present the report in a variety of ways. ( Your child may also come up with his or her own unique idea. The reports will be shared with the class the week of June 4th. Encourage your child to begin this project this week, as the end of the school year becomes busy with other activities.
