Following is a list of supplies that your child will be using in our rooms.  Please send the supplies on the first day of school if possible.  Label all supplies and other belongings (such as jackets) with your child's name.

FIRST GRADE SUPPLIES

• A plastic school box
• A pack of sharpened pencils
• Personal pencil sharpener
• Composition journal
• Color crayons
  
• Color pencils
• An eraser
  
• Round-ended scissors (no points)
• 4 to 6 glue sticks
• Backpack or school bag (no wheels)
• Pair of tennis shoes (for Phy. Ed.)
• 2 pocket folders for important information
• A spiral bound lined notebook to be used as a math journal
• Washable markers
  

To share with the class (if possible);

• A large box of tissues
• A bottle of liquid soap
• A bottle of hand sanitizer
• A variety of Sharpie Markers
• Disinfecting wipes
  

We're eager for our first day of school on Tuesday, September 2.  On this day send a note in our child's backpack with his or her full name, address, phone number and bus number; also, send a lunch or money for hot lunch.  In addition, have your child bring a favorite stuffed toy to introduce to class.
