Challenging Academically Gifted and Talented Students in a Diverse School Community

Capitol Hill Magnet School is a full-time academically gifted and talented program for students in grades 1 – 8.  Learners experience a challenging academic program designed to develop skills in critical and creative thinking. Acceleration (fast-paced learning) combined with complex content allow for in-depth study.

Our community nurtures a school climate of respect, high expectations, civic responsibility and cultural understanding.

Capitol Hill is located at the Rondo Education Center, 560 Concordia, St. Paul, MN.  55103  The office phone number is 651-325-2500.  School hours are from 8:30-3:00.

Admissions to Capitol Hill

Elementary (grades 1 – 6) admission is based on identification of gifted/talented status. Admissions to the secondary grades (7 – 8) is through open enrollment.

When:  Wednesday, May 30th    6:15-7:15 p.m.

Who (is invited):  New Capitol Hill elementary students and their families

Who (will be there):  School Staff, Community Ed., Discovery Club, and PTO

Reminders:   Parking is allowed in the Capitol Hill parking lot and on the street (no American Lung Association or MLK parking).

Please complete and bring in the forms recently mailed to you.
